PROTOP also offers specialised expertise in cable Factory Acceptance Test witnessing, as well as Factory Quality Inspection.
Project management
PROTOP applies the Project Management Philosophy to all of its projects. Once the planning process is complete and the scope of work is clearly identified, engineered, timed and costed, our team engages into a monitoring and controlling activity.
Monitoring and controlling activities are custom tailored for any need, from simple controls aimed at following a project through its execution, to highly detailed monitoring and reporting activities aimed at complex project outcomes.
Our projects are kept under constant control, ensuring that every single aspect is taken care of as stipulated by the most exigent circumstances and project requirements. This is implemented via the establishment of KPIs, audits and monitoring systems, fully documented with ad hoc reports.
Construction management
Our expertise in construction and manufacturing allows us to direct and manage work sites, and take care of safety aspects. All activities are done in accordance with WHS rules and regulations, providing the safest environment for workers, third party property and assets.
PROTOP services also include testing and commissioning to ensure the installed assets and equipment perform according to set specifications.
The key to all activities is a thorough Risk Assessment, which is carefully prepared in collaboration with the Client and relevant stakeholders to ensure all risks are adequately considered and the necessary mitigation strategies are in place.
Our Manufacturing and Construction managers also participate in the planning phase with the Engineering team to maximize the efficiency of any construction work, provide technical assistance and specialist expertise.
